How to Make Lemon Cream Pie
- 1Cook above over heat until bubbly and thickened. cool to room temp.
- 2Beat 1/2 pint of whipped cream, fold into lemon gelatin mixture.
Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into mixture
- 3Pour into a 10 inch baked pie shell.
Top with whipped cream and lemon slices.
