    knox gelatin
  • 1/2 c
    cold water
  • 8
    eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 dash(es)
  • ·
    whipped cream, sweetened
  • 1 medium
    lemon , sliced

How to Make Lemon Cream Pie


  1. Cook above over heat until bubbly and thickened. cool to room temp.
  2. Beat 1/2 pint of whipped cream, fold into lemon gelatin mixture.
    Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into mixture
  3. Pour into a 10 inch baked pie shell.
    Top with whipped cream and lemon slices.
