Ingredients

  • 2 packages knox gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 8 - eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • - whipped cream, sweetened
  • 1 medium lemon , sliced

How To Make lemon cream pie

  • Step 1
    Cook above over heat until bubbly and thickened. cool to room temp.
  • Step 2
    Beat 1/2 pint of whipped cream, fold into lemon gelatin mixture. Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into mixture
  • Step 3
    Pour into a 10 inch baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream and lemon slices. enjoy xoxoxo
