Ingredients

knox gelatin
1/2 c
cold water
8
eggs, separated
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 c
lemon juice
1 dash(es)
salt
whipped cream, sweetened
1 medium
lemon , sliced

How to Make Lemon Cream Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook above over heat until bubbly and thickened. cool to room temp.
  • 2Beat 1/2 pint of whipped cream, fold into lemon gelatin mixture.
    Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into mixture
  • 3Pour into a 10 inch baked pie shell.
    Top with whipped cream and lemon slices.
