Ingredients
- 2 packages knox gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 8 - eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- - whipped cream, sweetened
- 1 medium lemon , sliced
How To Make lemon cream pie

Step 1Cook above over heat until bubbly and thickened. cool to room temp.

Step 2Beat 1/2 pint of whipped cream, fold into lemon gelatin mixture. Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into mixture

Step 3Pour into a 10 inch baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream and lemon slices. enjoy xoxoxo
