2 pkgknox gelatin
-
1/2 ccold water

8eggs, separated

1 1/2 csugar

1 clemon juice
-
1 dash(es)salt

·whipped cream, sweetened

1 mediumlemon , sliced
How to Make Lemon Cream Pie
- Cook above over heat until bubbly and thickened. cool to room temp.
- Beat 1/2 pint of whipped cream, fold into lemon gelatin mixture.
Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into mixture - Pour into a 10 inch baked pie shell.
Top with whipped cream and lemon slices.
