- - 2-8 oz pkgs cream cheese
- - 1 can eagle brand condensed milk
- - 1/2 c fresh lemon juice
- - 1 8 inch graham cracker crumb pie shell
How To Make lemon cream cheese pie

Step 1In a large mixing bowl,cut cream cheese into pieces,adding small amounts of condensed milk along until it gets creamy then add remaining milk and lemon juice and beat until real creamy. Pour into crust and chill several hours .I sometimes put in freezer an hour or so to speed it up.
