How to Make Lemon Chess Pie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl,combine the sugar,cornstarch and lemon zest.Whick in the eggs,1 at a time.Stir in the lemon juice and butter and blend thoroughly
- Pour the egg mixture into the pie shell and bake until the top is lightly browned and the center sets,20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
Slice and serve.
