My Grandma passed away last year. I never had a chance to get her lemon pie recipe. I expiremented alot and found out this was easy and as close as I could get to hers.

Ingredients
- 1 - grahm cracker pie crust
- 1 - cool whip
- 1 box (8) oz cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 - lemons squeezed( pull out seeds)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
How To Make lemon cheesecake

Step 1In a mixer;mix cream cheese(softened),lemon juice,lemon zest, vanilla extract,all sugars. Mix for 4 min or until smooth.

Step 2Pour Mixture into grahm cracker crust. Refridgerate for 2-4 hours.

Step 3Top with Cool whip and serve:)
