1 (9 in.)graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought)

1/2 cmilk

1 1/2 cmilk

1 (4 oz.) pkginstant lemon pudding mix

8 ozcream cheese
-
·whipped cream (optional)
-
·thin lemon slices (optional)

·fresh mint leaves (optional)
How to Make Lemon Cheesecake Pie.
- Beat cream cheese until very soft.
- Add 1/2 c. milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add 1 1/2 c.milk and pudding mix. Beat on lowest speed for 1 minute.
- Pour at once into the crust.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
