  • 1 (9 in.) - graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • - whipped cream (optional)
  • - thin lemon slices (optional)
  • - fresh mint leaves (optional)

How To Make lemon cheesecake pie.

  • Step 1
    Beat cream cheese until very soft.
  • Step 2
    Add 1/2 c. milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Add 1 1/2 c.milk and pudding mix. Beat on lowest speed for 1 minute.
  • Step 4
    Pour at once into the crust.
  • Step 5
    Cover and chill for 2 hours.
  • Step 6
    Top with whipped cream if desired.
  • Step 7
    Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
