graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought)
1/2 c
milk
1 1/2 c
milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg
instant lemon pudding mix
8 oz
cream cheese
whipped cream (optional)
thin lemon slices (optional)
fresh mint leaves (optional)

How to Make Lemon Cheesecake Pie.

Step-by-Step

  • 1Beat cream cheese until very soft.
  • 2Add 1/2 c. milk. Blend until smooth.
  • 3Add 1 1/2 c.milk and pudding mix. Beat on lowest speed for 1 minute.
  • 4Pour at once into the crust.
  • 5Cover and chill for 2 hours.
  • 6Top with whipped cream if desired.
  • 7Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
