- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (4 oz.) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- - whipped cream (optional)
- - thin lemon slices (optional)
- - fresh mint leaves (optional)

Step 1Beat cream cheese until very soft.

Step 2Add 1/2 c. milk. Blend until smooth.

Step 3Add 1 1/2 c.milk and pudding mix. Beat on lowest speed for 1 minute.

Step 4Pour at once into the crust.

Step 5Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Step 6Top with whipped cream if desired.

Step 7Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
