  • 1/2 package 4oz.cream cheese,softened
  • 11/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (4-serving size) lemon flavor instant pudding & pie filling
  • 1 - tub (8oz.)whipping topping,thawed
  • 1 cup blueberries,rasberries,or sliced strawberries

How To Make lemon berry pie

  • Step 1
    BEAT CREAM CHEESE IN A LARGE BOWL WITH WIRE WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH,GRADUALLY BEAT IN MILK UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
  • Step 2
    ADD PUDDING MIXES.BEAT 2MINS. OR UNTIL SMOOTH.IMMEDIATELY STIR IN 1/2 OF THE WHIPPED TOPPING
  • Step 3
    SPOON INTO CRUST.TOP WITH REMAINING WHIPPED TOPPING
  • Step 4
    REFRIGERATE 3HOURS OR UNTIL SET.GARNISH WITH BERRIES.
