This one is like the magic custard pie, it is so simple, easy and fast that even my husband can do it. We like it a lot.

1 large meyer lemon or regular can be substituted if you can find meyers, seeded and cut into 6 pieces
1 1/2 cups superfine sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 - eggs
1 - uncooked tart shell

How To Make lazy lemon tart

Step 1

Put all ingredients (except tart shell) into blender.

Step 2

Pour into tart shell
Step 3

Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees (watch that the top doesn't burn).
