Ingredients
- 1 20oz cans dole crushed pineapple (undrained0
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package pie crust for 9 in. pie
How To Make lattice pineapple pie

Step 1Mix together pineapple, sugar, cornstarch & salt in pan. Cook & stir until thickened and turns clear. Stir in butter & lemon juice. Cool about 10 min.

Step 2Pour into unbaked 9" shell. Cut remaining crust into 1 " strips for lattice top. Weave strips crisscross over pie. Pinch edges. Egg wash the crust. Sprinkle top with a little sugar & cinnamon.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min. until light golden brown.
