ky derby pie
This Pie is so easy to make and is delicious. Since I live in Ky this is a very popular Pie at Derby Time. I'll post a picture later. It looks like a pecan pie. I can't keep it around long enough to take a picture.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/4 lb - margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp - vanilla
- 1-6oz - package chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make ky derby pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 min or until set.
