kristina's blueberry cream pie
This wonderful creamy, rich blueberry pie was shared with me by Kristina Kessler. Her husband and a few other nice people came to our house (on my birthday) to rescue our, at the time, 3 month old pup. She had fallen into a well we did not realize was on the property. Not only did they save our pup, we made new friendships.

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust or use a homemade crust
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
How To Make kristina's blueberry cream pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Place blueberries in pie crust.

Step 3Mix; 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, salt, eggs and sour cream together and pour evenly over berries.

Step 4Mix the last 4 ingredients until crumbly and then sprinkle over top of pie.

Step 5Bake for 50 to 55 minutes in preheated oven until lightly browned. Cool completely.
