This is a great dessert to keep in the freezer for unexpected company.In the summer I make up 3 or 4 of these and put them in the freezer to take to church dinners or to neighbors. I love to use orange kool aid,its like a dreamsicle. Hope you like it as much as we do.

Ingredients

  • 1
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 pkg
    lemonade kool aid (or any flavor you like)
  • 1 small
    cool whip thawed
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust or shortbread pie crust

How to Make KOOL AID PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat cream cheese,sugar,and kool aid until well mixed.(you can add lemon zest if you want more lemon flavor)
  2. Then beat in cool whip.Pour in pie shell and refrigerate for 4 hrs or freeze for 4 hrs. Very good either way its good.
