Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups pecan halves
- FOR A HOMEMADE CRUST
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- - 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp lard (yes i said lard) it will make the best tasting and flakiest crust you've ever had
- 2 tablespoons cold water
How To Make kim's pecan pie

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees. make pie crust. I make mine in a food processor. Add flour, salt, sugar, and lard. Pulse until it is crumbly. add the water all at one time and keep on till it forms a ball. Roll it out on a lightly floured surface and put it in the pie plate.

Step 2mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.

Step 3bake for 45 minutes
