- 1 9' - pie crust shell cooked to package and cooled
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crunchy peanu tbutter mixed will resever 1/4 cup press remaining in bottom of pie crust
- FILLING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 - egg whites
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Step 1mix peanut butter and powder sugar together will and press in cooked pie shell reservies 1/3 cup for later

Step 2cook rest of ingredients in double boiler with simmering water till thick put on top of peanut butter in pie shell cool in frig

Step 3when ready to serv. top with cool whip and sprickle with 1/4 cup peanut butter
