I love key lime pie. It has become a must have in my house. I bought one at the market one day and loved it. Every since the whole family wants it often. I make it with Sunday's dinner as and extra treat for my husband.
In mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lime juice and eggs until blended good. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and place in fridge over night. Serve the next day. makes about 8 slices.
