- 2 cans (about 2 1/2 cups) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 20 large key limes, juiced (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 tablespoon lime zest, grated
- 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
- whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
- 7-8 lime twists, for garnish (optional)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice and lime zest. Mix well and pour into *Graham Cracker crust

Step 2Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until tiny bubbles burst on the surface of pie. DO NOT BROWN! Chill pie thoroughly before serving. Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream if desired
