Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup ginger snaps ~ crushed
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ABOVE IS YOUR CRUST; BELOW IS YOUR FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- TOPPING
- 8 ounces cool whip - thawed
- - toasted coconut & key lime slices
How To Make key lime pie

Step 1Crush graham crackers and ginger snaps. In a medium bowl place crumbs coconut, melted butter and flour and combine. Pour into a pie pan and pat into a crust

Step 2In a medium bowl add softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice & sour cream. Mix well and pour into pie crust.

Step 3Spread the cool whip over the above pie and garnish with toasted coconut & lime slices and refrigerate.
