How to Make Key Lime Pie x 2
- Dissolve jello in boiling water, and let cool, I put it in a bowl in the freezer to speed up the cooling;
- Whip the whipping cream till stiff peaks form; set aside; Take cooled starting to set jello add to a mixing bowl and mix well till smooth add rest of the ingredients mixing well;
- gently fold in whipped cream just until combined.. Pour into the two pie crusts; and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight; I put mine in the freezer and once frozen; put into a gallon zip lock bag to store them in the freezer, then I take out and thaw slightly befor serving and serve with a dallop of whipped cream....
