kahlu'a pecan pie
This one is only for the holidays. My sister and mom LOVE Peacan Pie, and every year we buy them. Well, this year I plan to make ALL PIES. This is one I thought of today, the holidays will be here before you know it. ENJOY !

Ingredients
- SET OVEN AT 335 F
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup, light
- 1/3 cup kahlu'a
- 3 tablespoons strong coffee
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- SET ASIDE
- 1 - pie crust shell (deep dish)
- 1 cup pecans
How To Make kahlu'a pecan pie

Step 1Empty the pecans in pie shell (set aside)

Step 2In large bowel mix together first 8 ingredients.

Step 3MIX WELL (no lumps)

Step 4Slowly pour sugar mixture over pecans.

Step 5Put in 350 F oven, and bake for 45 min. Check by inserting toothpick in center, sould be clean when removed.

Step 6Let cool completly ENJOY !
