Ingredients
- 1 - 9" pie shell rolled out to 15" x 10" x 1".
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3-1/2 pounds granny smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into 1/4"-thick slices
- 1 cup quick cook oatmeal
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make juicy crumb topped apple pie

Step 1In lg bowl,k combine 2/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon. Add apples, toss to coat. Place dough into baking dish lightly sprayed w/ cooking spray.

Step 2Place apple mix into dough. Spread out evely. In lg bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, and flour. Cut inn butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans.

Step 3Sprinkle mix over apple mix in pan. Bake 45 mins, or until apples are tender. Cover top w/ foil the last 10 mins of cook time, so as to not burn the top. Cool, cut into triangles or bars.
