My Aunt Josie shared this recipe with me years ago. I like it because it is simple to make but very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • dash
    salt
  • 1 stick
    margarine- softened
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    pecans, halved (works better, but can use pieces)

How to Make Josie's Pecan Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Bake @ 325 for 45 minutes or until center is set.
