This is a no-bake pie that tastes like a cheesecake. It takes 5 minutes to make and 4-5 hours to set up in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 box pineapple jell-o
  • 2 large tubs cool whip
  • 1 large 9" graham cracker pie crust

How To Make jim`s pineapple cheese pie

  • Step 1
    1. Drain juice from pineapple. set fruit aside. dissolve jell-o in juice and microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    2. have cream cheese and cool whip at room temprature. mix fruit, cream cheese, 1 tub cool whip, and when cooled the jell-o mixture.
  • Step 3
    3. Mix all ingredients well. then pour in to pie crust. and place in the refrigerator for 5 hours. when ready to serve add a dollop of cool whip from the second tub on each piece.
  • Step 4
    ***note*** this can also be used as a dessert with out the pie crust like a pudding.
