Mark said his Dad liked 2 pie recipes most, this one and the Cream Cheese Pie (which is already in JAP). Easy to make in whatever flavors you like, although his Dad liked strawberry.

Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 8 ounces fruit with syrup, frozen
- 4 ounces jello
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 9" graham cracker pie crust

Step 1Dissolve jello in 1 cup of hot water. Put ice cream in that mixture and stir until dissolved. Blend in fruit. Pour into a pie shell and refrigerate until set.

Step 2Notes: The limitations are mostly your imagination - strawberry gelatin with strawberry ice cream was a favorite. Again, a rich dessert without a lot of fuss or expense
