- GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- 1 package graham crackers, crushed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- PIE FILLING
- 8 ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 ounces key lime juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 8 ounces cool whip

Step 1FIRST - MAKE THE PIE CRUST Put Crushed Graham Crackers, softened butter and sugar in the pie pan. Mix well and form this into a pie crust.

Step 2Put pie crust in the refrigerator and let chill while making the filling.

Step 3To make filling - Cream the cream cheese with mixer. Gradually add the sugar and mix until creamy.

Step 4Add the key lime juice and blend. Then add cool whip and fold into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 5Put the filling in the pie crust.Put in the refrigerator. Let chill at least 4 hours.
