I got this recipe over 20 years ago out of one of my Tennessee Pioneer Cookbooks. It is so easy to make and has been used often for potlucks, funerals, etc. Easy to make and takes very little preparation.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 stick butter, melted

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. A dollop of Cool Whip is very good on this pie. ENJOY!
