I can't remember where I got this recipe but everyone loves it. It is easy to fix and doesn't take long to put together.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup dark raisins
- 1/2 cup coconut, flaked
- 1 - unbaked pie crust

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat eggs and add melted butter, sugar and vinegar. Then add raisins, nuts and coconut. Stir well. Pour into unbaked crust and bake about 40 to 45 minutes. See, I told you it was easy.
