My mom made this yummy pie when I was a child. It is a wonderful twist on pecan pie.

    margarine - melted
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1/2 c
    coconut
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1
    unbaked pie shell

How to Make Japanese Fruit Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake 4 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
