jan's just delicious chocolate pie
What to do with chocolate condensed milk? Well make it into a pie recipe of course! This comes out creamy and is so easy. No curdled eggs or double boilers, which makes it especially quick to make. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 can chocolate eagle brand milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
How To Make jan's just delicious chocolate pie

Step 1Preheat Oven to 350°. Bake time 50 minutes. Use fork to pierce pie crust in pan a few times, do not prebake. Mix dry ingredients, cocoa and sugar until well blended. Add wet ingredients up to melted butter and whisk until smooth. Slowly whisk in melted butter and add pinch of salt. Pour in pie shell and bake 50 Minutes. Middle may not completely set until cooled. Let cool completely before serving with whipped cream .

Step 2***Variations, add 1 cup of chopped pecans, and or 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Add a merengue topping if desired. Serve with fresh raspberries for a refreshing twist.
