Ingredients

- 8 ounces marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup baileys irish cream liquor
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate, shaved
How To Make irish cream macadamia chocolate chip pie

Step 1Place marshmallows, milk and Irish cream in top of double boiler. Heat over hot water until marshmallows melt. Cool slightly.

Step 2Whip cream with vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream, grated chocolate and macadamia nuts into marshmallow mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Garnish top with shaved chocolate. Chill for 1 1/2 hours.
