Ingredients

  • 20 ounces can tid-bit pineapple with juice
  • 16 ounces container dairy sour cream
  • 6 ounces box instant coconut cream pudding mix,use dry
  • 1 - prepared graham cracker pie crust

How To Make instant pineapple coconut cream pie

  • Step 1
    Remove plastic from pie crust;set aside.
  • Step 2
    Using the pudding mix dry. Mix all ingredients given , except the pie crust in a medium bowl;pineapple juice too; and blend thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture into pie crust...If desired top with 1 cup of thawed whipped topping and sprinkle top with toasted coconut. Chill for 1 hour. Enjoy!
