How To Make inside out apple pie ala mode !

  Step 1
  Heat apple pie filling in small sauce pan. set aside.
• 
  Step 2
  Mix together sugar and cinnamon (I use a loaf pan or paper bag to put this in for coating. Set aside until tortillas are well drained but still hot.

  Step 3
  Put oil into a medium size sauce pan. Heat oil to about 370 degrees.
• 
  Step 4
  Cut flour tortillas into strips. Place several strips at a time into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown (less than a minute). Remove from oil, place on paper towels to drain oil.
• 
  Step 5
  Place fried tortilla strips in cinnamon sugar, shake around gently until all are coated.
• 
  Step 6
  Repeat frying, draining and coating the tortilla strips until all are done.
• 
  Step 7
  Place some pie filling into each bowl. Add desired amount of ice cream in flavor of your choice (I used raspberry cheesecake this time).
• 
  Step 8
  Place cinnamon coated tortilla strips in each bowl. Serve!
