How to Make Individual Pecan Pies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange pie shells on baking sheet. Put 1 heaping tablespoon chopped pecans in each shell, dividing equally among shells. Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in corn syrup, sugar and eggs. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour filling into pie shells, dividing equally among shells.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until pies are golden brown.
