How to Make Individual Chicken Pot Pies
- 1Melt butter in skillet. Stir in flour. Add onion, salt and pepper. Cook until onion softened. Stir in broth and milk. Boil a 2 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat.
- 2Preheat oven to 425F. Spray 3-4 oven proof dishes with nonstick spray. Stretch 1 biscuit in the bottom of each dish. Equally distribute the filling between the dishes. Top with remaining cut up biscuits.
- 3Place dishes on cookie tray to catch possible bubbling over. Bake 10-15min or until golden brown on top.
