1Melt butter in skillet. Stir in flour. Add onion, salt and pepper. Cook until onion softened. Stir in broth and milk. Boil a 2 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat.
2Preheat oven to 425F. Spray 3-4 oven proof dishes with nonstick spray. Stretch 1 biscuit in the bottom of each dish. Equally distribute the filling between the dishes. Top with remaining cut up biscuits.
3Place dishes on cookie tray to catch possible bubbling over. Bake 10-15min or until golden brown on top.
