- 1/2 - my pie crust recipe
- 2 pints blueberries
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make incredibility great blueberry pie

Step 1pre bake crust in 9" pie shell

Step 2in a sauce pan crush and heat 1 pint of blueberries, they can be frozen for this step. when heated, add the sugars, corn starch and lemon juice. continue to heat slowly until it comes to a boil and thickens.

Step 3pour hot blueberry sauce into pie shell. Add the second pint of FRESH blueberries into the sauce and press them down evenly into the hot sauce.
