Roberta's Impossible Pie
I hope others will enjoy this as much as my family does!
- 4 large
- 1/4 c
- 1/2 c
- all purpose flour
- 2 c
- rich milk (whole milk or table cream)
- 1 c
- coconut, flaked
- 1 c
- white sugar
- 2 tsp
- pure vanilla extract
How to Make Roberta's Impossible Pie
- 1Blend all ingredients in blender for a few minutes until well blended together.
Pour into a deep 10 inch greased pie plate.
- 2Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until centre tests firm.
- 3Please Note, the flour will settle to form the crust, the coconut forms the topping, and the centre is an egg custard filling.
