1Brown ground beef; drain and add chopped onion and taco seasoning (with water as package directs) but remember you want this pretty dry not real wet.
2Take above meat mixture and spread on the bottom of a deep dish pie pan, sprinkle green chilies & small can of drained corn.
3Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs until smooth. Pour over the meat mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 35 mins
4Once this is done remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on the top and place back in oven until cheese melts and is golden brown. Once cheese melts insert a knife to make sure it comes out clean so you know your bisquick topping is done.
5Cool for 5 min and service with diced tomatoes; sour cream and lettuce. You can always put some corn chips on the side.
