impossible raspberry custard pie

Nothing fancy or different about this pie- other than it is so delicious and simple to make! You know that I have a weakness for Bisquick recipes and this is another tasty recipe for you not so sure about making a pie crust- not to worry in this recipe you don't have to make a crust- it makes it's own- how cool is that! So get to making this and surprise your family with your hidden talents at dinner tonight!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter,melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs or 4 medium
  • 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

How To Make impossible raspberry custard pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400^. Melt butter in a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Step 2
    Place remaining ingredients in blender container,including the melted butter.Cover and blend on high for 15 seconds or 1 minute with hand beater. Spread berries evenly in pie dish.Pour mixture evenly over berries . (they will come to the top)
  • Step 3
    Bake 20-30 minutes or until center is set and lightly brown on top. Custard will deflate when cooling on wire rack. When cool dust with powdered sugar. of top with ice cream or whipped cream. --- Note: Remember some ovens take longer up to 30 minutes.
