- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 can (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can (16oz.) can pumpkin
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make impossible pumpkin pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches or 10 x 1 1/2 inches.

Step 3Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand-held mixer.

Step 4Pour into plate.

Step 5Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
