    bisquick baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine or butter
  • 1 can
    (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 can
    (16oz.) can pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make impossible pumpkin pie

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches or 10 x 1 1/2 inches.

    Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand-held mixer.
