I think this recipe used to be on the Bisquick box.....I'm not a pie crust lover so this is a crustless pumpkin pie, I love it and so does my grandson...hope you do too!

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 can evaporated milk (lg. can)
- 1 can (16oz.) pumpkin
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spices
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make impossible pumpkin pie

Step 1heat oven to 350,grease pie pan beat all ingredients until smooth(can be mixed in blender) on high for 2 min.pour into pie pan,bake for 55min. or til knife in center comes out clean.
