I think this recipe used to be on the Bisquick box.....I'm not a pie crust lover so this is a crustless pumpkin pie, I love it and so does my grandson...hope you do too!

Ingredients For impossible pumpkin pie

  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk (lg. can)
  • 1 can
    (16oz.) pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make impossible pumpkin pie

  • 1
    heat oven to 350,grease pie pan beat all ingredients until smooth(can be mixed in blender) on high for 2 min.pour into pie pan,bake for 55min. or til knife in center comes out clean.
