This is a hand-me-down recipe from a friend. I've been making this pie since the 70s.

Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanila
How To Make impossible pie

Step 1Place all ingredients in a blender, one at a time.

Step 2Blend until well mixed.

Step 3Pour into a greased 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Step 4When done, crust will be on the bottom, custard in the middle, and coconut on top.
