Ingredients
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk, 2% or evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 - 7 oz. can angel flake coconut

Step 1Important to mix in order given. Butter 2 9inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pie is firm to touch and is golden brown. It makes its own crust.
