Ingredients

  • 3 cans peaches, 16 ounce each, drained
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup biscuit mix
  • - sweetened whipped cream
  • STREUSEL
  • 1 tablespoon butter, firm
  • 1/4 cup biscuit mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds

How To Make impossible peaches and cream pie

  • Step 1
    You may subsitute 3 1/2 cups sliced fresh peaches for the canned.
  • Step 2
    Heat oven to 375.
  • Step 3
    Grease 10" pie plate.
  • Step 4
    Pat peach slices dry; place in plate.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; toss.
  • Step 6
    Spread evenly in plate.
  • Step 7
    Beat remaining ingredients except streusel and sweetened whipped cream until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high.
  • Step 8
    Pour into plate.
  • Step 9
    Sprinkle with streusel.
  • Step 10
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes.
  • Step 11
    Top each serving with whipped cream.
  • Step 12
    STREUSEL: Cut butter into bisquick and sugar until crumbly; stir in almonds.
