Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup flaked coconut
How To Make impossible coconut pie

Step 1In a blender, combine all ingredients, except coconut.

Step 2Blend on low speed 3 minutes.

Step 3Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate; let stand 5 minutes.

Step 4Sprinkle with coconut.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.

Step 6Cool slightly. Refrigerate leftovers.
