This is very easy to make and is one of my husband's favorite.

Ingredients

4 - eggs
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 stick oleo
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups milk
1/2 cup bisquick mix
1 cup coconut

How To Make impossible coconut pie

Step 1

Cream eggs and sugar in blender

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients,except coconut
Step 3

Beat 5 minutes at high speed
Step 4

Add coconut and pour into 10 inch glass pie pan
Step 5

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.Bisquick will form own crust as it bakes. Refrigerate any left overs
