I love this cheesecake, it is east to make and delicious. It's great for company and everyone seems to enjoy it.

1/2 c
bisquick baking mix
2 pkg
(8) oz each cream cheese, cut into about 1/2 inch cubes and softened
1 can(s)
cheesecake topping (see below)
cheesecake topping
1 c
sour cream
2 Tbsp
sugar (truvia)
2 tsp

How to Make Impossible Cheesecake Pie


  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.
  • 3Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.
  • 4Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high two minutes.
  • 5Pour into plate
  • 6Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes.
  • 7Cool and when cool spread topping carefully over top.
  • 8Add 1 can of blueberry or cherry topping and refrigerate
