Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup sugar (i use truvia)
- 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
- 2 packages (8) oz each cream cheese, cut into about 1/2 inch cubes and softened
- 1 can cheesecake topping (see below)

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar (truvia)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make impossible cheesecake pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.

Step 3Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.

Step 4Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high two minutes.

Step 5Pour into plate

Step 6Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes.

Step 7Cool and when cool spread topping carefully over top.

Step 8Add 1 can of blueberry or cherry topping and refrigerate
