Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can 4.5 mild green chilies
1 cup milk
2 - eggs
1/2 cup krustez buttermilk pancake mix or bisquick mix
1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
- salsa, mild
- sour cream, fat-free

How To Make impossible easy taco pie

Step 1

In a 10" Non stick Skillet,brown up ground beef & onion until meat no longer pink;drain off fat.Stir in seasoning mix(dry)and mild chilies. Spoon into greased pie plate Heat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick mix until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
