Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons ice water

How To Make homemade pie crust

  • Step 1
    combine flour, sugar, and salt. Drizzle oil into mixture, toss with fork to combine. Use pastry blender til coarse crumbs form. gradually add 3-4 tbsp water, mixing with a fork til it can be gathered into a ball
  • Step 2
    press into a disc and wrap in wax paper and put in freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    roll out on floured surface and place in pie plate
