Step 1combine flour, sugar, and salt. Drizzle oil into mixture, toss with fork to combine. Use pastry blender til coarse crumbs form. gradually add 3-4 tbsp water, mixing with a fork til it can be gathered into a ball

Step 2press into a disc and wrap in wax paper and put in freezer for 20 minutes.

Step 3roll out on floured surface and place in pie plate
