Ingredients
- 1---40 ounce can yams
- 1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 3 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
How To Make holiday yam bake

Step 1Drain yams; mash well.

Step 2Drain pineapple; reserve juice.Add juice to yams.

Step 3Add sugar and butter; beat well.

Step 4Stir in pineapple and pecans, and raisins is optional!

Step 5Spray inside of 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with Pam.

Step 6Spoon in mixture..

Step 7Bake for 20 minutes. @ 350 degrees. Sprinkle with marshmallows. BAKE 10 minutes longer.
