heavenly pie
I was given this recipe years ago by a Chef at a restaurant in upstate NY It's fantastic, cool and refreshing. This recipe will make 2 pies but I use a big pie plate and pile it high, very pretty.

Ingredients
- 2 - favorite graham cracker crusts
- 1 can 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 - 9 oz prepared whipped topping
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 16 oz cans cruhed pineapple (drained)
- - chopped walnuts for topping
How To Make heavenly pie

Step 1Beat together condensed milk,whipped topping and lemon juice. fold in the drained crushed pineapple.

Step 2Pour into 2 med sized prepared graham cracker crust, (or one large) sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top, refrigerated about 4 hours
