Ingredients
- CRUST
- 2 teaspoons melted margarine
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- FILLING
- 1 tablespoon gelatin, unflavored
- 2 tablespoons cool water
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, lowfat
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
- GARNISH
- - ground cinnamon
How To Make hawaiian pineapple pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 250 degrees

Step 2Combine ingredients for crust in ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Pat out evenly to form crust.

Step 3Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool.

Step 4In small bowl, soften gelatin in cool water. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Step 5Transfer gelatin mixture to blender. Add all other filling ingredients and process until smooth.

Step 6Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
