    hulled strawberries
  • 1 medium
    container of whipped cream
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla pudding mix (3 1/4 oz)
  • 2 c
  • 1 pkg
    8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1
    (8-inch) graham cracker crust

How to Make Happiness Pie


  1. Combine Pudding mix and Milk in sauce pan, bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove
    Add Cream Cheese and stir until smooth.
    Add Vanilla
    Let mixture cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
  2. Pour pudding mixture into Crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or over night.
  3. Place Strawberries in a circle around the outer edge of the pie, put one large strawberry in the center of the pie.
    Place blueberries over the remaining pudding surface.

    Serve with Whipped Cream
